Now imagine if another football club in a previous life whose name, coincidentally, also contains the words Football, Club, United, Manchester would have raised the season ticket prices by 50% overnight. Nearly as bad as the old phrase "debt is the road to ruin". FCUM, doing things differently? ? ? ? ? They certainly wouldn't have put it to vote with the membership deciding the prices. It's £7 per game. Who signed up to the debt? You really are a pillock. The board at the time signed up for the debt which was without any dissension from any of the members including your good self. Without the debt by the way how did you expect the ground to be built and do you expect, you" pillock" that with the crowds, membership and goodwill that were there before old puppers cast his delightful spell that FC would have been in the same financial position as they are now?? Once again Hindsight innit you pillock!!!

Raising the player sponsorship price to £300. 'Matchday Dining', essentially separating supporters, in a bar that we helped pay to build. Golf days to please some board members Keeping admission price at £12 thereby being one of the most expensive clubs in the league. Hardly doing things differently anymore I'll ask again, where's all the supporters branches?? . Player sponsorship is £50 more than it was in 2015 but you now get a signed shirt. Hardly rip off of the year. fc-utd.co.uk/story.php?story_id=6899Haven't we always had golf days? fc-utd.co.uk/story.php?story_id=2164Your top link is 2016/17 so where is the relevance?

So then FCUM no founding principles have been breached then? Is that so please? Not that I can see. You all have selective memories. Jesus. We have selective memories. Within a year of marked protests against BT the club has it. They also shown sKY some months ago. I don't have sky and haven't since 05.Selective memory... True but hey my statement is too. If the narcissistic one announced he was the chosen one and held a slipper in the air you lot would go with that.

You've always got a signed shirt. As per one of my other posts on here I once sponsored a player for 60 quid and got a signed picture and shirt. In that link you've posted you got a hell of a lot more for your money than you currently get. For 105 quid less. If you look down the list here in this link you used to have options to sponsor the shirts and other parts of the players kit. Nowadays you don't according to the brochure www.fc-utd.co.uk/story.php?story_id=6268 You're comparing a VAT exclusive price against a VAT inclusive price. It's £55 (plus VAT) more than 2015. Look what else you are comparing from the 2015/16 menu above:- Wonder what those figures are now??

The 2016/17 brochure says nothing about the tickets being 'invitational', they're included in the price. Nothing is mentioned at all about a marketing opportunity in the latest brochure (I have screenshots of both but can't share them) As I've said, seems like you get less for more money. Where are the budget options then (kit, shirt, shorts, socks sponsors)? Surely a fair bit was raised on them over the years?? I remember seeing loads of sponsors of parts of the kit in the programme 2015/16 fc-utd.co.uk/story.php?story_id=6274At the end of the season, you’ll be invited to our annual End of Season Awards Presentation where you can support your chosen player and hopefully congratulate them on winning their award(s)! (tickets payable). You will receive a signed shirt, commemorative photograph and have one marketing opportunity with your player (subject to prior agreement). Tickets were payable. Fair point on the budget options but I think we lost those a long time ago.

Did you express your faux outrage at the similarly priced gala dinners organised by the previous regime? What about the failed attempts by a paid fundraiser? We were charging £1,000 for a table in 2012. fc-utd.co.uk/story.php?story_id=4276Nope and neither did you or your pals. Hindsight is indeed a rather remarkable attribute innit. Then why are you bleating on about it now? Hindsight is a remarkable thing but your double standards are a bit rich. Why would I have questioned it? We need money to survive. If a business or individuals want to pay £1,000 for a table at a gala dinner then that's good news for us.

Once again Hindsight innit you pillock!!! You're the one who was shouting about debt being the road to ruin. I don't think the financial position would have been too different. The plan was largely based around leveraging income from BP as a facility yet there didn't appear to be a coherent strategy as to how we would achieve this.

Yes, we will have less members to 2015/16 but it will end up comparable to the majority of the prior years. It's almost like a one off event happened, such as the opening of a football ground and a lot of those who signed up for the novelty value didn't bother to renew. I think statisticians would call it a 'blip'. The GDPR police wouldn't be too happy if we were still emailing a 7000 strong historic database.

To sum up:
You still get less than what you used to pay for regarding player sponsorship
There's no options for people on 'varying budgets' anymore ie. Kit sponsorship which were there in the 2015/16 season.
Thanks.

Who in their right mind would pay £30, let alone £300 to sponsor, a bunch of strangers, who, at the first sign of 'sorry we haven't got any money to pay your wages this month !' Would be off like a shot !
Oh, hold on, some numpty has just donated £20k to keep the club afloat ! 😄
