Just looking at the style Hipz / Thundz / BS / RWH is using in his responses to questions I have got a strange feeling that he may not indeed be acting on his own and might just have a ghost using his log in details. Any ideas who that could be?

Any ideas who that could be? But they've fallen out over the non-Covid story and Dietmar's doctor relation. Everybody knows that.
Unless they're fibbing.

No need for a divide and conquer strategy here. Which side are you voting for Thunders?

The Board candidate the barrister's son (BS) has started his own cuddly thread on the official (which as a candidate seems a little strange although no doubt within the rules) titled THE BOARD ISN'T WORKING - TIME FOR A CHANGE. It's almost like the night of the long knives on there. As a group the existing Board are getting it in the neck and one member in particular, the other toxic one, getting the majority of it. I almost feel sorry him, almost. I hope the BS has got his facts right - God knows where he's got them from as nobody else seems to be aware of what's been going on - as he makes some serious allegations which may well attract some legal scrutiny. Reading today's posts it's quite obvious that a large part of that information has come from the CS. Now that the BS has put it out there the CS is confirming the facts and is indirectly and by implication pointing the finger of blame at the other toxic board member and in particular the operations manager. It's one thing to have a go at another board member but quite another to have a go at a senior employee. I wonder what the former HR specialist thinks of that? And, who played a significant part in appointing the Operations Manager? It's as plain as the nose on their faces that the CS and the BS are working in tandem on this. Is that right and proper? Is this the sort of behaviour members want from their board representatives? What would happen if they fall out with another board member or Club employee in the future? Is this the way that you would like to see them operating? What will MCC make of this and how can we present this as returning to good governance in preparation for our loan negotiations with them? It's not often I agree with the Irishman but I do agree in the main with his assertion that a new Board is needed. Take the BS out of that and I agree 100%. (Proof read for libel issues)

How do you decide on who to vote for? Do you look at each individual separately or look at it from a team point of view and how the group blend is likely to function? It's quite obvious that the current board members clash and that the board is functioning poorly as a result. I suggest therefore that members should consider voting for those candidates who are non-divisive team players and rejecting those that aren't, leading to a group of people with no egos all pulling in the same direction.
My list based on each candidates' recent posts on the official would be as follows:-
1. Re-Open Nominations - ? 2. W H - Team player 3. L Z - Divisive 4. M H - Difficult decision, should not fall into the trap of populist cheap shots at previous regime members, but deserves another chance - team player 5. S M - Divisive 6. P B - Team player 7. A S - Divisive

A S - Divisive Crikey so is it ALL OF THE ABOVE or NONE OF THE ABOVE? Here's a clue to help you - the FAT KID never got picked when lining up for games at prep. Assuming you are a member you should use that strategy. I'm sure your suggestion will go down very well you are an absolute HOOOOOOOT. Here is my first choice - DENNIS the divisive team player.

What a soap opera on the official! I have to say that the barristers son seems very impressed with the CS. He backs him up at every opportunity. However he does the exact opposite with the other toxic board member. As the CS now seems unable to have a positive relationship with anyone else at FC other than the barristers son (if the official is anything to go by) it seems like its the two of them together with the barristers son firing the shots in a courtroom drama targeting the other toxic board member directly and by obvious insinuation the Operations Manager also.A great big chasm in the club has opened up. Members should read these exchanges carefully and decide which side to vote for. It would be suicide to vote for both sides, the club won’t survive. It looks like they have got the result they wanted with the resignation of the Operations Manager, taking into account their official forum posts. It wouldn't surprise me if this isn't the last of it. "What constructive dismissal is: An employee can make a constructive dismissal claim if they resign because they think their employer has seriously breached their employment contract. Examples could include: - regularly not being paid the agreed amount without a good reason - being bullied or discriminated against - raising a grievance that the employer refuses to look into - making unreasonable changes to working patterns or place of work without agreement It could be because of one serious incident or a series of things." Their other target seems to have disappeared. Is he going also?
