Twas only a mere few weeks ago:-
“Over the past few weeks, I’ve been attending matches and talking to supporters about their thoughts and hopes for the club’s future. I stopped reading Board reports a long time ago but after a member posted this on the official - "Worth re-reading the start of Jonathan’s board meeting report from the 30th of November then you can see the mess that she’d inherited and how hard she had to work to even begin doing the job she was expecting to do." - I looked the 30th November report up in the documents section on the official and it gives an incredible account of literally what a mess the club is/was in.

The creation of goodwill and a team spirit to achieve, and even over achieve.
It's a key skill that can't be taught or bought.
We've all seen sports teams and businesses where this is inherent.
Where people like going to, as they are achieving and feeling part of something special happening. FC used to have it in the first 10 years, hence the upward trajectory of achievements.
Again: It's a key skill that can't be taught or bought.
