How do you prove a company is insolvent?
If your company's liabilities exceed its assets, you would not have sufficient funds to repay all of your creditors even if you sold all of the company's assets. That means the company is insolvent. If the value of the company's assets and liabilities are comparable then the business is on the verge of insolvency.
No wonder the Chair Chucker (wisely) relieved himself of being a Director of this shitstorm.
I hope that the remaining Directors are aware of their legal responsibilities coz if they aint they are rather naïve and could end up in deep deep shit

All about more income required from supporters through the turnstiles, their spend in the ground, and then fans spending on club events and intiatives.
If only they hadn't acted in 2015-16 to drive away approximately 50% of the supporters who were there in the succcesful progression years of the first decade.
Nothing done since to entice those supporters back.

On a totally serious and factual basis, how the fuck can they continue to trade and who in the right mind on the Council would sanction another £150k chunk of ratepayers money to subsidise the financial disaster thats called FC United?
I pity the poor fuckers that signed off the last accounts with FC being a going concern

Wonder why The Board wont produce the February balance sheet and have ignored the 2 requests to produce it by one of the founder Finance committee members??
