It's interesting to see that the PM/Reporter has gone pretty quiet apart from the odd moan about the Section 106 agreement. He's accountable for what goes on now so who will be his next target?
He got rid of everybody who could have explained the 106 to him and it seems it's quite complicated, poor thing. Try putting difficult negotiations into a difficult environment/context if you can remember beyond last week and it may dawn on you what it was all about.

I note from financial answers given on the official that our new financial controller thinks the company year ends on 31st July rather than the 30th June. If you get something wrong as basic as that there's no hope.

I expect members to quiz the CEO and all Board members on matters related to these resolutions:-
Resolution 1 May 2016
The Annual Business Plan should be approved by members by means of a vote before the end of the previous reporting period. If not voted in, a modified Plan should be developed taking into account members' input and concerns. Progress against the Plan should be reported on a quarterly basis to all members. This resolution shall replace Resolution 17 from November 2015 in its entirety.
Resolution 6 Nov 2012
THAT whenever it is anticipated that a vote of members will be taken at a members meeting which will have a financial impact upon the future of the Club then the Board shall produce at that meeting in writing (and prior to any vote being taken) documentation as to the finances of the club including:- (a) The last audited accounts of the Club (b) A statement as to the current financial position of the Club and how it compares to the budget for the current financial year and (c) A detailed budget for the next financial year.
Resolution 1 Oct 2008
THAT: The Development Fund funds are to be used for the sole purpose of procuring, development and building of ground and stadium, to be used by the club, and that those funds are not to be used for any other purpose (apart from expenses incurred in the administration of the fund) without the prior consent of members using clause 55 of the rules.

And it's about time you all stopped making the previous manager your scapegoat for the football overspend, just because it suits your long running narrative of old regime "bad", new regime "good". The previous manager had by an large done a good job of managing his playing budget. He and everyone else learned long ago the financial implications and relationship between contracted and non-contracted players.
Putting your players on a contract may hold them to you but it has financial implications in the event of:-
- suspension - injury - not good enough - can't be arsed - off form
In all those cases they will continue to be paid but a non contracted player (paid weekly only if he plays) will have to take their place leading to an increase in playing wages. It doesn't take long to work out a strategy between contracted and non contracted players if you know what you're doing.
So what changed? We had a new CEO who thought he knew better and wanted to get as many players as possible on a contract. To be fair it worked on a couple of occasions with two player sales, but that's a high risk strategy. So, don't blame the manager for the budget overspend, he was simply carrying out instructions from his CEO.

Maybe he did want players on contract but the standard of recruitment (of both contracted and non contracted players) last summer was awful.

Possibly, but that's a football matter. The overspend no matter who was signed was driven and authorised by the CEO.

Possibly, but that's a football matter. The overspend no matter who was signed was driven and authorised by the CEO. And the 2 aren't connected? Margy identifies a striker, said striker is given a contract but is found to be bobbins and we have to pay a non contracted player to take his place. If the scouting had been any good then him being on a contract wouldn't have been a problem.

I'm sure we can all remember far worse strikers over the years. The difference this time is that we had a CEO who wanted as many players as possible on contracts so that we would reap the benefits of transfer fees.

No credit being given to the former manager who signed the players whose transfer fees almost completely wiped out the budget overspend that the gruesome twosome never stop banging on about.
Doesn't fit the agenda.

Not forgetting the purge on the successful 2016/17 team (old guard) that had to be gotten rid of ! Forcing KM to hastily assemble a new squad for this season.

It would appear that everything in the garden definitely isn't rosy from this comment by the real chair.
"As a last resort, we have brought in a third party to mediate and I am hopeful that will bring about a new way of working. I am not sure though – the default setting for some Board members is personal attacks if anybody dares disagree with them (or even just adds some perspective). No doubt more personal attacks will come my way now. I am beginning to think some people would rather when internet arguments than contribute positively to make this Club a success; I hope I am wrong."

In my experience that type of aggressive approach is completely counter-productive when dealing with senior staff.
Welcome to the 2015/16 season. It appears he has had to give up his RI underpants for a new "friend".

Civil war in full swing and couldn't happen to a nicer set of people. London branch have gone from running the football club to pariahs in less than 12 months. Welcome to the real world of the PM. The Pm (ticket master), AS (convicted football hooligan) and LZ (hooligan and poor little rich boy) are in charge of our "democratic" football club.

Think SM has resigned. Hope he's feeling the pain that a lot of us felt at the hands of the PM
