Yes, an independent report, carried out by the PM's mate's dad.
Also just noticed this in a post on the official - "Virtually all the board members who have resigned in recent years have done so because the simply couldn’t commit the time expected of them." Absolute bullshit!! When will these people stop trying to rewrite history? In recent years most of them including the two latest have resigned simply because they'd had enough of all the crap that comes out of the PM.
He hasn't gone yet has he?

As these ex-Board Members say it "off the record". His tantrums because Mullock won't (surprisingly) dance to his tune, remind me of:

I think we can assume he's staying now, so don't bother to believe a word he says in the future. A member posted this last night on the official - "Also, sorry I might have missed it, but has JP actually resigned from the board?"
The PM posted 4 times on that thread after the question was asked but didn't answer it.

Again he is beating off all who question him. Rule 1. Don't question the Almighty. Sorry that's the only rule! 😉

I note on the official the PM has just responded to a comment about memberships in reply to someone who said he thought memberships were supposed to be cost neutral referring him to the manifesto.......perhaps he should have referred him to the 101 Damnations...
16. Why is the profit being made from the club’s Membership scheme described as “Fundraising” when the membership fee is supposed to be cost neutral?

The real chair has just posted this - "I did this for the love of the Club but I don't have the motivation to carry and work in this environment." Does that mean he's gone? I wish these people would say what they mean and carry through what they say.

I know, to prove how much in control we are, we'll piss off the players who've dug us out of the relegation mire and send a terrible signal to any who might think about joining in the summer
Irwin has been our best midfielder this season and we're going to drive him away for the sake of paying what, £200 ?
It's a shoddy, despicable and gratuitously confrontational approach to people we need onside in the future.
But hey, the lickspittles lap it up as per.

The man is toxic. You only have to read virtually every thread on the official to see what he's turned the Club into. You can bet your bottom dollar Manchester City Council will be up to speed on what is currently going on before the meeting with them next week. It's safe to say they see the club as less and less of an asset and a benefit to the city of Manchester these days.

3rd party mediator brought in to solve board room tensions eh? That's code for "it's Jim Jones over there, he's out of his mind". Anyone on the outside looking in wouldn't touch the club with a bargepole, there's some proper cranks in charge of it and that's become very obvious. I looked at some of the stuff on TSIO the other day for the first time in a year. It's even worse than it was 2 years ago when Jim Jones rolled into town, some people on there seem to worship the guy like he's Jesus or something. Complete fucking barmpots, almost all of them and I won't be going near it any time soon.

And now it's Karl's fault. As soon as Greaves leaves and the overpaid CEO leave it'll be his fault. YCMIU. Now the pm has spoken that's the end of it.

Here is part of a post by a member on the official which is part of an interaction with the PM. MODS, if its not appropriate please remove.
"I've not lectured anyone on good governance. In fact, you'll find that I've never criticised or opposed any of your ideas for running the club. I even openly criticised on here at the time the decision to revoke your membership despite the fact that I think you have a poisonous effect on the club. I've only ever criticised your abusively personalised behaviour towards others. I've written overlong pieces in UTB criticising the Chorleygate farce, attacking the mindless "in the Board we trust" mantra which used to hold sway at FC, and calling for the Board to stop making recommendations in General Meeting Notes on how the membership should vote (this last one before anyone else objected to it). So, no-one thinking "forensically" rather than paranoiacally could conclude that I was some acolyte of the club Establishment. It's just that I didn't hold a personal grudge against any of them.
And who's "clamouring" for the club to be run along the old lines again? Not me. I've no particular problem with your ideas for fixing the club. I just worry how you're going to put them into effect when you must know that no Board of any composition will ever really trust you because they'll know that it's only going to be a matter of time before you turn on them and trash them online. Because the personalised animus seems to be a relentless need in you rather than a means to an end."

So so familiar. What drives this man at all? He is correct in everything. The only person he doesn't seem to criticise is the CEO. He knows he has the power to capitulate everything. Hopefully he'll walk as he won't be pushed. The frightening thing is the people who follow and inhale his every breath without question. It really is disturbing. I can't see him not being elected again. It's a poor future in sight.

It was the PM who ended that a couple of years ago. Phone number and all that.
